The Association values its Sponsors highly. Membership dues alone do not underwrite all of the programs and services for our members that are in process or are being planned.

• All Sponsors receive guaranteed paid registration, and exhibit booth space at our National Conference, to "meet and greet" current and prospective clients, and to distribute marketing materials.
• In addition, the Executive Director will work with each Sponsor to provide any or all of the benefits shown below, as desired.
• 2010 National 8(a) Association Sponsors at the Presidential, Judicial and Senatorial levels are asked to confirm their commitments by March 31, to allow sufficient time for inclusion of your logo in the preparation of annual National Conference banners and other collateral materials.
Sponsorship Levels:
Presidential $30,000
• One (1) Opportunity for an employee of your organization to participate as an Advisory Board Member.
• One (1) speaking opportunity at national conferences. Speaker and firm must be appropriate for a given topic.
• Five (5) Firm prepaid registration passes* for employees of the sponsoring organization to attend the annual National Conference.
• Ten (10) Leader prepaid registration passes** to be given to clients/prospects to attend the National Conference as a guest of the sponsoring organization.
• One (1) Reserved VIP Table (8 or 10 round, as applicable) at the National Conference.
• Opportunity for a senior executive to provide an introduction at one conference or event. ***
• Recognition on event signage and corporate logo in the National Conference collateral.
• Two (2) Golf passes, if applicable.
• Preliminary conference attendee list including name and organization distributed to sponsor contact one week prior to National Conference.
• Listing in the new trial Classified section of this website, starting in April, 2010.
• Attendance at selected VIP functions throughout the year.
Judicial $25,000
• Company representative introduced as Association Judicial Sponsor at conventions and meetings.
• Five (5) Firm prepaid registration passes** for employees of the sponsoring organization to attend the annual National Conference.
• One (1) Reserved VIP Table (8 or 10 round, as applicable) at the National Conference.
• Opportunity for a senior executive to provide an introduction at one conference or event. ***

Patriot $5,000
• One (1) Firm prepaid registration pass** for an employee of the sponsoring organization to attend the annual National Conference.
• Seating at VIP Table for all meal functions.
• Preliminary conference attendee list including name and organization distributed to sponsor contact one week prior to National Conference.
• Listing in the new trial Classified section of this website, starting in April, 2010.

* FIRM PASSES: to be used only by employees of the sponsoring company and do not include subsidiaries. Speakers are not counted toward Firm passes. If the sponsoring company would like to have additional employees attend a conference or event the normal registration fee will apply.
** LEADER PASSES: to be used by any of the sponsor company's leaders, members, employees or guests. A list of requested Leader Passes in priority order must be submitted at least 30 days prior to a conference or event to be pre-approved by National 8(a) Association.
*** Speaking opportunities are to be used by sponsoring organizations only. No substitutions from subsidiaries or any other company. National 8(a) Association will only promote one company name and logo per sponsorship.
